🚫 No Refunds on Memberships

All membership sales, including 24/7 Access Memberships and Group Class Memberships, are final and non-refundable once purchased.

  • Why? Our memberships provide immediate access to facilities, services, and resources, which cannot be reclaimed or undone once activated.
  • Please ensure you are fully committed before purchasing a membership.

🔄 Membership Transfers

While refunds are not available, memberships can be transferred to another person one time under the following conditions:

One-Time Transfer: Memberships can only be transferred once during their active period.
Written Request or Call/Text: You can request a membership transfer by:

    Approval Required: All transfers must be approved by Kinetic Training LLC Management before becoming effective.
    No Partial Transfers: The membership must be transferred in its entirety; partial transfers or time-sharing are not permitted.
